The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) intends to negotiate a non-competitive contract with KPMG LLP for Financial Management (FM) Modernization. The contract includes strategic alignment of financial management activities, transformation and optimization of FM operations, and organization change management support. KPMG possesses in-depth knowledge and understanding of the requirement, having been competitively awarded predecessor contracts. The key aspects of the job include: • Evaluating DCSA's current structure and processes • Developing and implementing processes to support day-to-day operations • Designing new or modernizing processes that are compliant with Department of War (DoW) general and working capital fund policies and guidance • Providing mission-focused financial and analytical support with a broad understanding of both general and working capital fund expertise.
