Budget Estimate (AI):

$50,000,000 – $500,000,000

Given the complexity and scope of the Stamford Transit Oriented Development Project, the estimated budget could range from $50 million to $500 million, considering the costs associated with design, construction, and long-term operation and maintenance of a multimodal transit facility. Factors influencing this estimate include the project's size, materials, labor, and the selected proposer's approach to the design-build-finance-operate-maintain delivery method.
