* The County Commission of Baldwin County, Alabama, is seeking bids for the provision of concrete sidewalk repair on county right-of-ways. * The scope of work includes: + Concrete sidewalk repair (4" and 6" thick, with and without wire mesh reinforcement) + Minor structure concrete repair + Truncated dome retrofit * Bidders must provide proof of proper certification of authority, registration, and insurance. * The County reserves the right to reject any bid and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. * The contract will be for a period of one calendar year, with the option to renew. * Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bid number and title, by 2:00 P.M. on July 30, 2025. * The County will evaluate bids based on the following criteria: + Concrete sidewalk repair (70%) + Minor structure concrete repair (30%)
