The State of Colorado is seeking proposals for Training, Assessment & Development Programs to provide services to state government entities. The program aims to build a public sector workforce with necessary skills for employee success, retention, and internal mobility. The scope of work includes three levels of professional development: Workforce Development, Leadership Development, and Senior Leadership Development. The contract term is anticipated to begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2028, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. • The program will provide training and development opportunities to employees within the State of Colorado system. • The contract will result in one or more State Price Agreements, which may be used by Colorado State agencies, institutions of higher education, local governments, and non-profit entities. • The State is seeking experienced and qualified firms to provide trainers, facilitators, organizational development consultants, coaches, training materials, personality/psychological assessments, and workshop content. • The evaluation criteria include experience and personnel, accessibility requirements, technical proposal, and cost proposal.
