The U.S. State Department is seeking a contractor to provide interpreting and translating services for the Program of Technical Cooperation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The contractor will be required to provide qualified linguists for translating and interpreting from English into Arabic and from Arabic into English. The services will include translating training course materials, interpreting training courses, and performing simultaneous or consecutive interpretation in various settings. The contractor must have experience in translation or consecutive/simultaneous interpretation and must be eligible to receive a security clearance from the Ministry of Interior and/or the State Security Presidency of Saudi Arabia. • Translating training course materials • Interpreting training courses during classroom presentation and interaction between students and instructors • Performing simultaneous or consecutive interpretation in various settings • Performing voice-over translation of government-provided audio-video material • Providing qualified linguists for translating and interpreting from English into Arabic and from Arabic into English
