The scope of work includes pre-construction services, construction management, and post-construction services. The firm must have experience in managing similar projects in the State of Florida. • The firm must submit a proposal that includes a cover letter, company profile, project approach, project schedule, and cost proposal. • The firm must also submit various attachments, including a corporate resolution form, reference survey forms, and a certificate of insurance. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the selected firm. • The contract will be awarded to the firm that best meets the City's needs and provides the most competitive price.
