The Multnomah County is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for all designated county facilities and properties. The contractor should have experience in developing and implementing IPM programs, and must be registered as a Commercial Pest Operator in the State of Oregon. The scope of work includes prevention, monitoring, non-chemical controls, pesticide use, and development of site-specific IPM plans. The contractor will be expected to provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to accomplish the pest prevention, monitoring, trapping, pesticide application, and pest removal components. • The IPM program should address a wide range of pests, including rats, mice, arthropods, stinging insects, and termites. • The contractor must maintain detailed records of all IPM activities and provide regular written reports summarizing pest activity and program effectiveness. • The contractor must cooperate with building management and building occupants to ensure compliance with the IPM program. • The contractor must provide consultation and technical support as needed. The contract term will be for five years, with the option for renewal.
