The contract will be for a base year from 07/01/2025 to 06/30/2026, with an option period from 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027. The contractor must provide a service agreement according to the attached Statement of Work. The evaluation factors will include lowest price technically acceptable, with pricing being the highest evaluation factor. The contractor must also provide references for similar work done in the past 3 years.
