The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity – Healthcare Contracting Division - South is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for the Rees Scientific Temperature and Environmental Monitoring System at Naval Hospital Pensacola and associated branch clinics. The contractor will be required to provide trained personnel for on-site support, including travel, supplies, parts, tools, test equipment, consumables, hardware, and software necessary to perform all operations in connection with scheduled preventative maintenance, calibration procedures, and unscheduled repair visits as needed to maintain the equipment. • The contractor must have access to proprietary software, tools, and qualified personnel to service and maintain the Rees Scientific Monitoring System. • The contractor will be required to provide written notification prior to the response due date and time, along with supporting evidence to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements. • The government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Other than Full and Open Procedure IAW FAR part 6 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.
