The Office of the State Engineer (OSE) is seeking to renew the Feith Document Database license for a period of one year. The license renewal will provide maintenance support for the OSE's existing Feith application, which supports the agency in entering water rights files into the WATERS database. The imaging process utilizes Feith Systems Document Database. The contractor will provide software-specific telephone support on weekdays, excluding contractor holidays, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time). • The contractor will respond to support calls within four hours or less of the initial telephone report of a problem. • The contractor will provide a monthly log of issues and resolution status upon request. • The contractor will deliver upgrades to NMOSE's Feith Document Database solution and provide professional services to support migration of NMOSE's current solution to new servers. • The contractor will offer RMA iQ records management functionality.
