Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is estimated to be between $500,000 and $2 million per year, based on the concessionaire's proposed percentage of gross receipts. The concessionaire will be required to pay a minimum of 10% of gross receipts to the city, with the potential for additional revenue from merchandise sales and other sources. The estimated budget range is based on the assumption that the concessionaire will generate significant revenue from the operation of the seasonal holiday events, including the ice rink at Pershing Square. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the concessionaire's ability to attract and retain customers, the effectiveness of their marketing and sales strategies, and the overall demand for seasonal holiday events in the city.
