The County of Westmoreland is requesting proposals for the provision of Inmate Commissary Services for the Westmoreland County Prison. The successful proposer will be required to provide a comprehensive commissary system, including the sale of food and non-food items to inmates. The proposer must have at least five years of experience in providing commissary services and must be able to seamlessly integrate with the inmate telephone system. The contract will be for a term of five years, with the option for two additional one-year extensions. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate the final contract terms.
