The City of Royal Oak is seeking proposals for social media services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing social media services to the city. The proposal should include a comprehensive plan for social media services, including but not limited to, creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics. The vendor should also provide information about their experience, qualifications, and pricing. • The proposal should be submitted through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/romi. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposal received. • The vendor shall assume full responsibility for submittal of proposals prior to the proposal submittal deadline. • The vendor may withdraw their proposal response at any time prior to the scheduled proposal submittal deadline. • The city will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities when doing business with the city.
