The vendor should also provide information about their experience, qualifications, and pricing. • The proposal should be submitted through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/romi. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposal received. • The vendor shall assume full responsibility for submittal of proposals prior to the proposal submittal deadline. • The vendor may withdraw their proposal response at any time prior to the scheduled proposal submittal deadline. • The city will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities when doing business with the city.
