The United States Air Force is seeking interested sources to provide information for the continuation of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP). The program supports the United States Enduring National Interests, National Security Interests, and National Military Objectives by providing commanders and/or any U.S. Government agency a responsive, force multiplier option. The AFCAP contract mechanism contains the capability to provide contingency planning, deploying, and training/equipping of forces, and emergency/contingency construction, logistics/commodities, and sustainment services on an ‘as required’ basis. • The Government is looking to continue to establish large business capability to support high dollar contingencies, natural disasters, and humanitarian assistance support. • The Government is also considering engagement with small businesses to support these same types of capabilities for CONUS-located smaller scale contingencies and backfill of deployed military personnel for base operating support. • Respondents capable of satisfying all or some of the requirements stated should send an electronic copy of their response by 23 OCT 2025. • The AFCAP contract mechanism participates in a wide spectrum of activities, including Major Theater War(s), Small Scale Contingencies, Irregular Warfare, and support in foreign assistance, developmental assistance, humanitarian assistance, and security assistance.
