The Town of West Newbury is accepting sealed bids for the roof replacement at the Public Safety Complex located at 401 Main Street, West Newbury, MA 01985. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and replace two large asphalt roof areas and turret with GAF Timberline shingles or an equivalent. • The project includes full removal of existing roofing, inspection and repair of roof sheathing, and installation of roofing per manufacturer's specifications. • The bid due date is Thursday, April 16th, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. • There will be an optional site visit on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. • The town reserves the right to reject any bid that is not in the best interest of the town or cancel this IFB in its entirety if the best interest for the town is adhered to.
