Description:
The City of Phoenix is seeking a financial reporting software solution to support the development of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) document. The selected vendor will provide an integrated financial reporting and publishing software solution that meets the City's requirements, including SAP integration, multi-user collaboration, and system performance and scalability. The contract will be for a period of five years, commencing on or about January 1, 2027. • The software solution must support complete ACFR document development, including the Introductory, Financial, and Statistical sections. • The solution must enable the production of overlay graphics, narrative text, tables, and footnote disclosures within a single desktop publishing environment. • The solution must support the import and integration of Microsoft Excel files, PDF files, images, and various other content types. • The solution must facilitate multi-year data presentation and formatting consistent with GFOA and GAAP standards.
