Description:
Hennepin County is seeking a contractor to provide lawn care maintenance and landscaping services at its facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, parts, materials, fuel, equipment, licensing, and oversight necessary to perform complete lawn care maintenance and landscaping services. The services include spring and fall clean up, weekly lawn care maintenance, pruning, and chemical applications. The contractor must hold a valid fertilizer license issued by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and must comply with all applicable regulations and standards. • The contract period will be three years from the date of award, with two optional one-year extensions. • The contractor must provide a detailed schedule and coordinate with the County Authorized Representative (CAR) for all work. • The contractor must maintain detailed records of application dates, products used, and quantities applied. • The contractor must comply with all safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and environmental regulations.
