The City of Gainesville is seeking a vendor to provide all vehicles, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision, and labor necessary for pressure cleaning and restriping of the horizontal surfaces of the parking decks of floors 1-4, including ramps, elevator landings, and a pedestrian breezeway, of the City’s parking garage at 105 SW 3rd St, Gainesville, FL 32601. The total area to be cleaned is approximately 220,000 sq. ft. and the number of parking spaces to be restriped is approximately 719. • The work shall take place between 7am and 6pm, during the work week (Monday – Friday) beginning Monday, December 15, 2025, and completed by Friday, January 9, 2026. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor for the project. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The contractor must provide a list of equipment owned and chemicals they plan to use for cleaning with their bid. • The contractor must include the cost of trash/debris removal, oil spot treatments, and repainting of markings in their pricing.
