The City of Siloam Springs is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to furnish all tools, materials, and labor necessary to complete the 2025 Manhole Rehabilitation Project. The project includes the rehabilitation of approximately 20 manholes to be raised and the application of 425 vertical feet of epoxy or polyurea lining. Key aspects of the project include: • Raising approximately twenty (20) manholes to the required elevations and specifications • Applying a total of approximately 425 vertical feet of polyurea lining to manholes • Providing all necessary tools, materials, labor, and equipment to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents • Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations The City encourages participation from small, minority, and women-owned business enterprises.
