The contractor shall provide access to a wide range of research materials, including market analysis reports, technology forecasts, best practice guides, and industry benchmarks. The contractor shall also provide direct access to expert analysts for personalized consultations, webinars, and workshops tailored to IRS business needs. Some key features of the subscription include: • Two end-user licenses for subscription-based Information Technology (IT) research library services. • Product-based, on-demand, internet-accessible research and documents on IT benchmarking, forecasting, technology trends, and strategic roadmaps. • Subject matter expertise analysts available on demand to provide access to information regarding technology strategy, software/cloud contract negotiation, cost optimization, benchmarking, budgeting, and functional maturity assessment research/tools. • Market analysis and intelligence, vendor and product ratings, maturity assessments, cloud analysis & analytics tool(s), Artificial Intelligence (AI)-focused risks, and opportunities. • Research library with access to analysts for deep dives, best practices, document reviews, business case analysis, tools, templates, and case studies.
