The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking vendors to provide Information Technology Hardware and Services in the following categories: Category 1: Desktops, Laptops, Chromebooks and Tablets, Category 2: Storage Solutions and Servers, Category 3: Resellers and Services, and Category 4: Rugged Mobile Devices and Services. The resulting Contract, Statewide Contract ITC73, will serve as the primary Statewide Contract used by Executive Agencies of the Commonwealth for the goods and services covered by the Contract. Key responsibilities include providing project management, integration, maintenance, and other related services. Some of the key requirements for the vendors include: • Providing a comprehensive list of products and services offered • Meeting the minimum requirements for each category • Providing pricing and discount information • Offering warranties and maintenance services • Having experience in providing similar services to other government agencies or large organizations • Having a strong technical team with relevant certifications and expertise • Being able to provide timely and effective support to the Commonwealth and its agencies.
