Description:
The Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology is seeking a qualified individual to provide consultation services to the Board. The consultant will work part-time to increase needed efficiencies in procedures central to the Board's functioning. The scope of work includes reviewing and outlining the licensure process, applications for licenses, and continuing education applications, as well as reporting suspected allegations of violations. The consultant will also attend regular and special meetings of the Board and evaluate and improve written procedures for the functions of each committee. Key responsibilities and deliverables include: • Review and outline the licensure process of psychologists • Review and outline applications for licenses and continuing education • Report suspected allegations of violations • Attend regular and special meetings of the Board • Evaluate and improve written procedures for the functions of each committee The ideal candidate will have experience handling administrative services, including previous experience in administrative and professional regulatory boards.
