The City of Corona is seeking a qualified consultant to provide professional medical billing and collection services for the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) First Responder services provided by the City's Fire Department. The successful proposer will be responsible for billing for EMS First Responder services in a timely manner, pursuing receipt of payments of accounts conscientiously, and providing excellent customer service to citizens/customers with billing questions or problems.
