The City of Delray Beach is seeking a contractor to restore and resurface up to seven hard tennis courts at the Delray Beach Tennis Center. The contract will be for a term of three years, with two optional one-year renewal periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, and machinery necessary to perform the work. The City will only accept electronic bids, and the bid submission process will be through a secure mailbox at Bidnet Direct. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who submits the lowest price to perform the work. • The contractor must provide a signed original of the Solicitation Summary form with their bid. • The contractor must submit an invoice to the City for progress payments for work that has been completed and inspected and accepted by the City. • The contractor must provide insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile liability insurance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Florida Prompt Payment Act. • The contractor must provide a warranty for their products and services for a minimum period of one year from the date of acceptance of the labor, materials, and/or equipment by the City.
