The Greater Rockford Airport Authority (GRAA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide all work associated with the implementation, maintenance, and support services of a Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) and related systems at the Chicago Rockford International Airport. The scope of work includes providing a CUPPS system, flight information display system, and local departure control system, as well as ongoing maintenance and support services. The contract is expected to be for a term of five years with options to renew for two additional two-year periods and one additional one-year period. • The CUPPS system must be able to support multiple airlines and provide a range of functionality, including check-in, baggage handling, and boarding. • The system must be able to integrate with existing airport systems and provide real-time information to airport staff and passengers. • The contractor will be responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and support services, including software updates, hardware maintenance, and technical support. • The contractor must have experience implementing and supporting CUPPS systems at comparable airports. • The contractor must provide a detailed project plan and schedule, including timelines for implementation, testing, and training. • The contractor must provide a detailed maintenance and support plan, including information on software updates, hardware maintenance, and technical support.
