The contract will be for a period of three years, with two optional one-year extensions. The system must automate tracking, notifications, badge updates, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • The system must include core modules for facilities management, user management, compliance management, task management, logbook and documentation, appointment scheduling, and badge management. • The system must provide real-time dashboards for monitoring staff compliance status, facility certifications, training completions, and upcoming expirations. • The system must allow for customization to meet district-specific policies and regulations. • The vendor must provide implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing technical support to ensure successful adoption and sustainability.
