The North Texas Veterans Health Care System is seeking to purchase repair parts for its Evapco Cooling Towers. The required parts include vibration switches, fan motors, shaft kits, aluminum fan sheaves, and motor sheaves with bushings. The contractor must deliver all supplies in accordance with the original manufacturer specifications. The contract will be for a period of 160 days, and the contractor must coordinate with the VA point of contact before the start of the service. The contractor will be required to provide certified new parts in compliance with the Manufacturer’s Standardization Society and VA regulation. • The contractor must deliver all supplies to the North Texas Veterans Health Care System at the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center in Bonham, Texas. • The contractor must provide parts that meet the original manufacturer specifications. • The contractor must coordinate with the VA point of contact before the start of the service. • The contractor will be required to provide certified new parts in compliance with the Manufacturer’s Standardization Society and VA regulation. • The contractor must observe all federal holidays and days designated by federal statute, executive order, or presidential proclamation.
