The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a contractor to perform quarterly inspections, provide preventative maintenance, and as needed repairs for one Fulton Natural Gas Steam Boiler at Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The contractor will be required to provide on-site visits for quarterly boiler inspection, drain the boiler, open all fire side and waterside access, brush tubes, and inspect shell and tube surfaces for signs of corrosion or scale formation. The contractor will also be required to provide a rental boiler should the repair take longer than 24 hours. • The contractor must have experience in boiler maintenance and repair. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary labor, parts, equipment, and tools. • The contractor must be able to respond to service calls within two hours of HHS Agency request. • The contractor must be able to provide a comprehensive report of all work performed. • The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
