The Virginia Army National Guard is soliciting blanket purchase agreements (BPA) for prepared meals to be delivered to Bowling Green, Virginia. Each BPA awarded will have up to a 60-month ordering period with a maximum ceiling of $350,000. The minimum call value is $1.00, with a maximum call value of $25,000.00. All calls will include an individual statement of work and calls will be rotated amongst the vendors established under the BPA. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing prepared meals for delivery • Meeting the requirements listed in the attached statement of work • Submitting a five-day menu for hot breakfast, hot lunch, and hot dinner meals • Providing documentation for at least two actions of previous past performance for similar federal requirements • Pricing will be carefully reviewed to detect whether quotes are unbalanced between line items (meals)
