The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire a vendor to perform BPO services, which include billing, collection, and disbursement functions associated with the Universal Service Fund (USF) and the universal service support mechanisms.
