The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal HVAC maintenance services for the National Weather Service (NWS) Radar Data Acquisition (RDA) Site in Taunton, MA. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for HVAC maintenance at the site. The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their UEID/CAGE CODE with their quote. The Government intends to award a low-priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all-or-none basis with payment terms of Net 30. • The contractor must provide at least two references from at least two separate contracts for similar and relevant recent services within the past two years. • The contractor must provide a completed Past Performance Questionnaire for each reference. • The contractor must provide annual pricing for each base and option year, and an aggregate total for all years. • The contractor must provide a quote that includes all evaluation criteria in accordance with FAR 52.212-2. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Service Contract Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
