The County of San Mateo is seeking a Power BI Developer/Consulting services to provide ongoing Business Intelligence (BI) development services with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. The selected contractor will also be responsible for automating workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and integrating solutions with SQL databases. The contractor should have experience working with relational databases and connecting them to BI tools, as well as strong knowledge of SQL, including stored procedures, joins, and performance tuning. • The contractor will provide Power BI dashboards and reports to support data visualization needs. • The contractor will design and implement workflow automations using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. • The contractor will establish and maintain connections between Power BI and SQL databases for real-time or scheduled data integration. • The contractor will ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and user accessibility in all BI solutions. • The contractor will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions aligned with business needs.
