The Saluda Wellness Center Phase 1 - Demolition project involves the complete demolition of the existing site in preparation for a new wellness center and other associated facilities. The work includes demolition of existing buildings, tennis courts, pool, pavement, existing utilities, as well as clearing and grubbing, site grading, erosion control, and the installation of stormwater management structures.
