The TARTA is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide a complete rehabilitation of their rooftop parking deck. The proposal should include a detailed pricing breakdown of all project phases and a project completion schedule. The project is subject to a project labor agreement (PLA) since the construction project is over $100,000. • The contractor must certify that no federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of an agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the awarding of the contract. • The contractor must disclose the name of any registrant under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 who has made lobbying contacts on its behalf with non-Federal funds with respect to the contract. • The contractor must submit a certification regarding lobbying with each bid or offer exceeding $100,000.
