The California Violence Intervention & Prevention (CalVIP) Cohort 5 grant program aims to support effective community gun violence reduction initiatives in communities disproportionately impacted by community gun violence. The program will provide funding to eligible applicants, including cities, counties, tribal governments, and community-based organizations, to develop, support, expand, and replicate evidence-based community gun violence reduction initiatives.
