The US Air Force is seeking to lease or rent two Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) vehicles that meet specific requirements. The vehicles must have a 4x4 chassis, a water capacity of 1,000 or 1,500 gallons, a foam capacity of approximately 200 gallons, and a water pump capacity of 1,520 gallons per minute. The engine must be a diesel 8-cylinder engine, and the vehicle must be equipped with a 500-pound PKP (Purple K) Dry Chemical tank and all required lights and sirens. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, and other items to lease or rent the vehicles.
