The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security Division of Administrative Services is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and parts for Kubota equipment at the Salem Correctional Center and Jail. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four one-year renewal options. The vendor must have at least three years of experience in servicing and repairing General Grounds/Lawn Equipment, Four Wheelers, Side by Sides, and Farm Tractors. The vendor will be responsible for performing corrective maintenance, providing parts, and transporting equipment to and from the correctional center. • The vendor must provide a unit price for each contract service on the Pricing Pages. • The vendor must have a secure online ordering system. • The vendor must provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the Agency. • The vendor must designate a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing the contract.
