The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is seeking information from potential sources for the production of approximately 2,200 USAFA Polo Shirts annually. The polo shirts are a mandatory issued item to incoming cadets and must meet specific requirements, including being made from a polyester jersey knit fabric with moisture management and wicking capabilities. The shirts must also have a specific embroidery design and meet certain quality standards. Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities package, including a brief description of their company's business size, business status, and anticipated teaming arrangements, as well as a description of similar services offered to the government and commercial customers. • The contract will be a firm-fixed priced Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract with a base period of up to one year and four option years. • The small business size standard for this NAICS is 750 employees. • The Berry Amendment will apply to this acquisition. • The Government will not provide Government Furnished Material (GFM); the contractor will be responsible for procuring all material to manufacture the USAFA Polo Shirts. • The polo shirts must be manufactured within 120 days after receipt of order (ARO).
