The Township of Hamilton is seeking a professional services firm to provide wastewater and process engineering services. The selected firm will be responsible for providing quality products and services in a professional manner. The contract term will be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The Township is looking for a firm with experience in providing similar services, a strong reputation, and the ability to perform all the duties described in the Request for Qualifications and Proposal. The firm should have a clear understanding of the scope of work and related objectives, and should be able to demonstrate its knowledge and technical competence. Some key points to consider include: • Biography/history of the firm, years of experience providing similar service • Professional Qualification (Resumes of key personnel) number of professionals & clerical staff • Professional Certifications • Compensation proposal/Cost and Fee Schedules of all staff and miscellaneous fees • Does the proposal demonstrate a clear understanding of the scope of work and related objectives? • Does the proposal document the necessary experience, reputation and consulting in the specific field of which the proposal is being submitted to successfully provide the required services; • Does the proposal document the relevance and extent of qualifications, experience, reputation and training of personnel to be assigned; • How well does the proposed scheduling timelines meet the Township’s needs? • Does the firm document a record of reliability of timely delivery of deliverables? • Relative Cost – How does the cost compare to other similarly scored proposals? The Township of Hamilton intends to award contracts to firms or individuals that possess the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide the proposed services.
