The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide traffic engineering and operation services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm(s) will be required to provide a range of services, including traffic safety and operational studies, data collection, and analysis. The contract will be for an initial one-year base period with three additional option years.
