The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid conforms in all material respects to the requirements and criteria set forth in the invitation for bids. • The contractor will be responsible for providing pest control services, including inspections and treatments, to the facilities. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety. • The contractor must also comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including those related to payment, delivery, and performance. • Site visits are available on August 1, 2025, and prospective bidders are encouraged to attend to familiarize themselves with the facilities and the requirements of the contract.
