The project involves upgrades and replacement of sewer lines on the campus of Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK. The method of award is Lowest Responsible Bidder(s). • The project requires heavy construction services, building and facility construction and maintenance services, nonresidential building construction services, and specialized trade construction and maintenance services. • The bidder must agree to the attached terms and conditions and complete and upload the Non-collusion Certificate. • All inquiries during the bid and evaluation process must be directed to the Buyer of Record, OSU and the A&M Systems Purchasing Department.
