Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) is seeking a strategic web development partner to redesign, develop, and migrate its primary website. The goal of the project is to improve the user interface, maintainability, and accessibility of the website. The selected vendor will assess the current site, recommend the most effective path forward, and execute the chosen approach. The project includes discovery, design, website transfer and rebuild, functionality enhancements, and ongoing maintenance and support. The vendor will provide a detailed project plan, documentation, and training to RRCC staff. Key features of the project include: • Mobile-first and accessibility-first design principles • Improved site functionality, including a tiered system of user roles and approval workflow • Enhanced calendar system and search function • Ongoing technical maintenance and support to ensure reliability, security, and optimal user experience • Compliance with all applicable provisions of §§24-85-101, et seq., C.R.S., and the Accessibility Standards for Individuals with a Disability The project is expected to be completed within six to twelve months of contract award, depending on the scope of work.
