NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that Greene County will accept quotes for: Precast Concrete Box Culvert for the CR-03 over West Settlement Creek Bridge Replacement Project, Town of Halcott, NY PIN 1762.66 The Greene County Highway Department is requesting quotes for the manufacture and delivery of precast concrete box culvert including all headwalls, wingwalls, aprons, and cutoff walls for the subject project. Plans may be obtained at the Greene Highway Department, 240 West Main Street, Catskill, NY 12414 during business hours or transmitted electronically, for free. The plans may also be viewed and downloaded at no charge by visiting the NYS Contract Reporter website httsp://www.nyscr.ny.gov/. Please include the following in your price quote: · All materials and labor required to manufacture the precast box culvert in accordance with the contract plans, current NYSDOT specifications for Item’s 603.65240715 and the Precast Concrete Construction Manual. · Conformance with NYSDOT specifications is required. · All closed cell foam required for the joint closures. · All galvanized bridge railing anchor plates, threaded anchor studs, and hex coupling nuts required to be cast into the units. · All bridge railing post anchor studs and nuts. · All draw connectors and related hardware. · Delivery to the project site. · Provision of lifting eyes and related equipment for the rigging and placement of precast structures (to be returned after erection). · Quotes shall be addressed to: Attn: Scott Templeton P.O.
