The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids for the procurement of canvas innersole material. The material should meet specific requirements, including being made of OSNABURG sheeting (65% poly, 35% cotton), having a thickness of 1/8" with a +/- 18 variance, and a sheet size of 25" x 44" with a +/- 18 variance. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the material within 30 days of the purchase order being awarded. • The TDCJ requires the material to be delivered to the TDCJ Clements Unit, Shoe Factory, 9601 Spur 591, Amarillo, TX 79107. • The bidder must provide a quote F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid, and allowed. • The TDCJ reserves the right to accept and receive not more than 10% in excess of the quantity of goods ordered. • The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions, including security procedures, when making deliveries to correctional facilities.
