The project involves providing construction engineering, inspection, and project management services for the replacement of a bridge on Alger Rd and the rehabilitation of a pipe culvert on Jefferson Ave in the town of Century. The scope of work includes conducting preconstruction conferences, attending bi-weekly and monthly meetings, providing project administration, and conducting field surveys. The consultant will also be responsible for verifying surveying services, preparing and distributing detailed minutes of meetings, and monitoring the testing provided by the contractor. • Key personnel will be assigned to the project, including a project manager and inspectors. • The consultant will be responsible for coordinating with the contractor, subcontractors, and utility personnel. • The project will require the consultant to have experience with construction engineering and inspection services, particularly with bridge replacement and pipe culvert rehabilitation projects. • The consultant will need to have knowledge of FDOT and IMSA certification workshops and applicable training certifications/records. • The project will involve working with the County's project management software, Procore.
