The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids for post-warranty maintenance of Martin-Yale Model 62001 High-Speed Tabletop Electric Letter Openers. The contract term will be from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. The maintenance and service must be completed by a certified technician and include all costs associated with labor, travel expenses, parts, and supplies. The service is for post-warranty, on-site repair, and next business day. • The contract requires inside delivery, with shipping and handling included in the total bid amount. • The maintenance and service must be completed within 8 business hours (Monday-Friday, except holidays). • A confirmation call to the customer must be made within 30 minutes of the initial request. • On-site repairs must include 2 PM's, parts, labor, and travel for the term of the contract.
