The St. Charles County Government is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a countywide pavement condition inventory and rating project. The project involves collecting pavement condition data, including GPS-located high-resolution digital video images, pavement distress data, and right-of-way assets data. The successful proposer will be required to deliver the collected data in an ESRI ArcMap compatible format and provide training to the municipalities.
