$50,000,000 – $100,000,000
Based on the project scope and requirements, the estimated budget for this project could be in the range of $50 million to $100 million. This estimate is based on the fact that the project includes the construction of a new 5 million gallon ground storage tank and pump station, as well as the installation of approximately 22,800 linear feet of 24-inch diameter water transmission main. The project also includes a number of technical requirements, such as the installation of transmission piping through TxDOT ROWs and the construction of a new force main. The Construction Manager At-Risk will be responsible for managing the procurement process, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local construction permitting requirements.
