Description:
The El Paso Water – Public Service Board is seeking a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) for the Northeast Water and Wastewater Utility Improvement Project. The project includes six work packages, including the construction of a new 5 million gallon ground storage tank and pump station, and the installation of approximately 22,800 linear feet of 24-inch diameter water transmission main. The CMAR will be responsible for providing preconstruction and construction services, including collaboration with the Engineer during the design phase, development of a guaranteed maximum price proposal, and construction management.
