The City of Johns Creek is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide stormwater utility related services throughout various locations in the City. The services include rain gardens, bioretention, cisterns, downspout disconnects, modified french drains, dry wells, pavement removal and revegetation, permeable pavement, stream buffer planting, pet waste stations, streambank stabilization, and drainage easement erosion stabilization. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work. • The contract term is for one year with an option for four additional one-year terms. • The contractor must have verifiable experience in constructing similar projects. • The contractor must provide a list of references with particular emphasis on other governmental agencies and clients within the Atlanta Metropolitan area. • The contractor must have no conflict of interest with regard to any other work performed by the contractor for the City of Johns Creek. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes, including OSHA standards and guidelines. • The contractor must provide a cost proposal that includes all mobilization, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work.
